Medium chemical peels remove layers of the surface along into the dermis of the skin. They are more aggressive for treating signs of aging and sun damage including fine lines, brown spots and pigmentation, dull thick skin, and acne scarring. You can expect peeling up to a week with these peels and should plan for some social downtime if necessary.
