Gift Cards

After purchase, we will email you confirming on who the gift card is for. We will email you a digital image of the gift card, or you have the option to have a cute box and physical card shipped to you.. or you may stop into the office as well.  Please allow 24-48 hours for us to email you.  Must be redeemed in-office at the time of treatment or product purchase. Cannot be used for online store purchases. Purchase cannot be combined with other offers from UFP.
